Depending on the product and project requirements, SEA Global can coordinate mill test certificates, certificates of origin, packing lists, dimensional reports, inspection records and third-party inspection. Coating, marking, end preparation and testing requirements can be included in the enquiry sent to the mill.

Bulk steel procurement questions
Can I send a bill of quantities for several steel products?
Yes. Send the BOQ with the specifications for each item. Identify any approved-mill requirements and whether alternative offers may be considered.
What documents should I specify before ordering?
State the required mill test certificates, origin documents, inspection reports and marking requirements in your RFQ so that these can be included in the mill enquiry and quotation scope.
What information is needed for a delivery quotation?
Include the destination, requested delivery date, unloading or site-access constraints and your preferred delivery terms. Delivery arrangements are confirmed as part of the commercial offer.
