LSAW pipe for demanding projects
LSAW pipe is manufactured from steel plate with a longitudinal weld seam. UOE, JCOE and other forming routes are commonly used depending on mill capability. The process is selected for applications requiring controlled dimensions, heavier walls and strong mechanical performance.

Standards and inspection
LSAW pipes may be sourced to API 5L PSL 1 or PSL 2, ASTM A252 and other customer specifications, subject to technical review. RFQs can include hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic testing, radiography, impact testing, dimensional inspection, traceability and third-party inspection.
Coating and end preparation
Available project options may include external FBE, 3LPE and other specified coating systems, plus internal lining, bevelled ends, end protectors and special marking. Final availability depends on size, mill and coating-facility capability.
